AmorLink Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

1.1 Age Requirement

The App is intended only for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

1.2 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement. If you use the App on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that entity.

2. Use of Services

2.1 Permitted Use

You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

2.2 Prohibited Conduct

• Use the App for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, defamatory, or harassing activities;
• Upload, share, or transmit content that is obscene, violent, discriminatory, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate;
• Using the App to organize, promote, or participate in any illegal or unauthorized transactions, including but not limited to paid companionship, sexual services, fraud, gambling, or other unlawful activities.
• Encouraging, requesting, or inducing other users to transfer money, make payments, invest, lend funds, or conduct financial transactions through third-party platforms.
• Infringe on intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties;
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the App or its functions;
• Use automated tools (bots, crawlers, scrapers) without authorization.

2.3 On-device Screen Sync

If you voluntarily enable the Screen Sync feature, the App uses Apple's system screen-sharing capability to receive screen frames solely for real-time motion analysis on your device, for the purpose of generating device control data.

Screen content is analyzed locally on your device only. We do not save, upload, share, or otherwise retain your screen content, and it is never used for advertising, profiling, analytics, or AI model training. You may stop Screen Sync at any time using the iOS system controls or by returning to the App.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.

3.2 Termination or Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or applicable laws. You may delete your account at any time within the App’s account settings.

4. User Content

4.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create, upload, or share through the App. By posting or sharing content, you represent and warrant that you own such content or have sufficient rights to grant the license below.

4.2 License to AmorLink

By submitting or posting content, you grant AmorLink a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the App. We will not use your private communications, photos, or personal content for marketing or advertising without your explicit consent.

4.3 Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for the content you share. We do not actively monitor all user content but reserve the right to remove material that violates these Terms or applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App and its intellectual property (including software, trademarks, logos, and content created by AmorLink) belong to Beijing Zhuimeng Technology Co., Ltd. or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of our intellectual property.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

• Payments are securely processed by authorized third-party providers (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play).
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled in your device’s settings.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding the reliability, availability, or fitness of the App for your particular purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

• AmorLink is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, device damage, or unauthorized access to your account, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for using the App during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
• Any disputes, losses, or legal liabilities arising from private communications, offline meetings, financial transactions, or activities conducted outside the App between users shall be borne solely by the users involved.
• If you encounter suspected fraud, scams, or other illegal activities, please report them through the App or contact the appropriate law enforcement authorities. We will provide reasonable assistance as required by applicable laws and regulations.

9. International Use

The App is offered globally (excluding certain restricted regions). If you access the App from outside of China, you are responsible for compliance with local laws, including data protection and content regulations.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

For users located outside of China, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. For users located in the European Union, nothing in these Terms shall deprive you of protections granted under mandatory EU consumer laws and GDPR.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

• Parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiations.
• If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in California, USA, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
• Class action waivers apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• For EU residents, disputes may also be resolved in your country of residence, as required under EU law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If significant changes occur, we will notify you within the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Contact Us
